USA CUSTOMERS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For customers from the USA please be aware the new policies implemented by Trump mean parcels entering the USA are now liable for customs fees, they are to be paid when the item is posted meaning the customer doesn't have to pay anything when the item enters the country. This is great as it streamlines the procedure and means no nasty surprises, however it does mean I will need to pay the customs fees when I book the postage.So I have updated the website to charge the customs fees on check out - unfortunately wix say they can't show the fees in the cart yet but if you click checkout you can see them before having to add any payment details!
For overseas customers please note if the postage goes ridiculously high please contact for a revised price or be assured I will refund the excess. Overseas shipping shouldn't exceed about £30 but because I have to put the weight of each item to work for individual shipping, buying several pieces can make it go 'over weight'!
Thank you so much for your custom! I use Stripe as my card payment provider as I have been avoiding using PayPal as their fees are extremely high, for example I was charged nearly £14 for my most recent international transaction of £249!
Occasionally overseas customers experience issues paying due to their banks blocking the transaction. If you are having issues making the payment check with your bank to see if they are blocking it, or please contact as I can send you a payment link/ bank transfer whatever is easiest!
EU customers please note I cannot charge customs fees at checkout so please check what additional fees may apply to your country, I have gone to a lot of trouble and expense getting compliant with the new EU legislation so no-one misses out on my products so I do hope my EU customer base continues to grow!
